Our home has ample living space, a large wrap around deck with a BBQ grill, an all season sun room, fire pit, 2 wood fireplaces, dining room, kitchen with breakfast bar and new stainless steel appliances, 2 LED smart TVs, cable service, and Wi-Fi. Main level floor has 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom. The upper level is a large sleeping loft with 3 beds and a poker/card table that seats 8. Lower level floor has a game room with a pool table, additional living area with a 50 inch smart TV, and 2 other bedrooms and a full bathroom. The lower level walks out to the HOT TUB that seats 7 people. The house is in a cul-de-sac with no other neighbors in sight. It's a tranquil atmosphere for the ultimate relaxing experience.

• The beautiful beach on Lake Wallenpaupack is one of only 2 permitted beaches on the big lake. This area includes a beautiful covered gazebo with seating and cooking facilities, a bathhouse with rest rooms, an open deck picnic platform and additional picnic tables and charcoal grills on the grounds. There is also a volleyball court.

SPRING and SUMMER time inspires a host of outdoor activities in the area. The picturesque scenery throughout the Pocono Mountains provide great opportunities for swimming, hiking, bird-watching, zip lining, boating, biking, local festivals, picnics, and more. Water sport rentals are just down the road and they have Pontoon boats, Jet boats, Jet skis, water tubing, water skiing, and much more.

• FALL and WINTER in the Poconos delivers a great experience for big fun in the snow. It's perfect for all skiers and snowboarders from beginners to advanced. Camelback mountain resort has 35 trails, 14 lifts, and even a mellow terrain park. Camelback Mountain is also the biggest snow tubing park in the USA. The award-winning Learning Center will help skiers of all levels improve their skills. And, the slopes are 100% lit for night skiing. Montage Mountain resort and Ski Big bear are alternative ski resorts that are nearby. Ice fishing and dog sled rides are among other activities to explore through the winter. Tours and train excursions will also offer unique views of the mountain scenery. If you prefer to stay warm, Kalahari resort has just opened in the Poconos and is the largest indoor water park in the USA (open year round).
